HP Spectre 360 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Screen brightness will not adjust.  I've used the Function keys and tried adjusting it in the settings.  I've had the laptop for about 6 months and it always worked fine. The problem arose over the last few days.  Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Holding the power button for 15 seconds for a hard reset fixed the problem.  I didn't know that was an option and now I do.  Thanks for the help!
