Screen flickering when i start a game

I'm facing an issue the screen is flickering whenever i start a game like nfs mw or delta force Xtreme, etc i don't know how to deal with the problem

rest times it remains absolutely fine 

And also i don't i cant cant understand wy even games like nfs mw 2005 and nfs nfs run are lagging the pc has became slow it takes time to load some drivers life local disk f and e when the storage is filled up almost half.

I understand that the Screen flickering when you start a game.

Please uninstall the graphics drivers from the device manager and reinstall the drivers.

Please update the BIOS.

Also, Check for the windows update.

Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
