Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)
My laptop screen and keyboard keep randomly turning off after a few minutes of using it but the fans remain on. I have tried;
- Updating the BIOS
- Updating from Windows 10 to 11
- Changing the RAM
- Updating the drivers
- Resetting it
- I have connected it to an external display via a cable and Bluetooth, and the connection is lost when the screen dies.
Nothing has worked and nobody knows what's wrong with it. The laptop is almost 2 years old.

If you are experiencing a screen issue on your HP Notebook, you might be able to fix the issue by updating the software settings. This video does not apply to screens that have been physically damaged. For these situations HP recommends using an authorized repair center for repairing or replacing
