Microsoft Windows 11

I was using my computer all day and did nothing of the ordinary. I turned it back on later and everything started up instead of the screen, it is completely black with no light. I have it hooked up to an HDMI and am using my TV as a monitor right now and everything else seems fine, it is even registering my touch when I touch the screen. I have used the HP website to detect my drivers and it says "Critical" for my HP Display Control and Intel WLAN Driver. I have downloaded and installed both of these drivers multiple times now, but they still come up as Critical when I detect drivers again. I do not know what to do.

I'm on a different laptop to you but the exact same issue started for me on 8/8/22. tried the same resolutions and got the same outcome. I had a little bit of joy for a few hours following a Youtube video by HP addressing this issue, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sj6kYmT7GLs . Give this a try, hopefully it will resolve your issue permanently but like I say today I was back to square one using my TV as a monitor. Best of Luck
