Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY 17,  configure ordered computer, arrive setting up and discover no Touch screen, checked my order # not included, 

Ugh,  headache, lost sleep...  

now  in a pickle.

GOT A GREAT best weekly deal, April 30,2020  got it May 15, 20  

Now the cost jumped up $400 for my order,  

Have to wait till Monday to call business hours M-F, 

HP did help, did all the virtual, chat, even talk to Business assistant live.

Don't want to lose my great deal, But want a touch screen
