Spectre 360 Cracked Screen

Hello, 

I have a spectre 360 that has developed a cracked screen from normal use. The computer is taken care of very well and developed the crack upon opening. Many other threads have definitively proven this is a design flaw due to stress on the screen during normal opening and closing. The crack is near the camera and has spread downward. Other than this the computer has performed well so I am hoping to get a resolution to this before switching to another manufacturer.
