Hello, I tried for the past three days to contact the customer support over the whatsapp channel because I haven´t been able to talk with a human regarding a hardware issue with the graphical card in a laptop I've purchased a month ago.
I got my case (edited) closed and, after that, I was not able to open a new one. I got the following message "Note that your data may be analyzed via artificial intelligence including natural language processing and large language models" and no further response in above 24 hours. This happened now in 2 different phone numbers, so it looks like a bug.
