Tried all advice from the forum but I need more assistance.

 

hp 360 convertible laptop stuck in tablet mode - HP Support Community - 9254232

Pavilion x360 stuck in tablet mode - HP Support Community - 8870980

 

Stuck in tablet mode because Intel ISH IPC is not working as it should.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. 

 

Check Device Manager

  • Press Win + X → Device Manager.
  • Expand System Devices.
  • Look for Intel Integrated Sensor Hub (ISH IPC).
  • Right-click → Uninstall device) on:
  • Intel Integrated Sensor Hub
  • Intel ISH IPC
  • Intel Sensor Collection Service
  • Intel Sensor Fusion Service
  • Check “Delete the driver software for this device” if available.
  • Restart your laptop.

 

Check the BIOS version by finding system summary under setting

 

Update BIOS with the referred link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/laptops
