My new HP 16-af0503sa laptop has a higher resolution display (1920 x 1200) compared to my previous HP laptop. I find the text too small on Windows dialog boxes and some other windows apps - e.g. Outlook (classic). I have tried changing text size under "Display" in Windows Settings, as well as in the "Accessibility" menu and have found that this does not change the text size in question.
Can anything be done to change the text size?

Please use the following way: (a) Hold down CTRL key then (b) hit + (plus sign) few times.
Regards.

Hi Banhein,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately "CTRL" then "+" had no affect. I found the option "Windows Symbol" then "+" opened the Accessibility Magnifier, but this distorted the characters on the screen - even at 105% magnification.
Kind Regards

No, please hold down CTRL and hit + at the same time. Higher resolution screens give smaller text is very normal.
