Hello,
I bought the USB-c Triple Display Docking WL-UMD501, connected it to a HP Pavilion HP Pavilion - 15-cw1005la and I get a message that says ''the display connection may be limited, make sure the DisplayPort device you connect to is compatible with the computer''
What can I do to get the device recognized and be able to extend the screen, or will it not be compatible?
My laptop only has one USB-C input, right now I have a mouse and a keyboard connected and sometimes the connection is interrupted and it does not write, and on the monitors it says no signal, how can I verify if it is compatible with dp alt mode (video output)?

Hi @SamoJimenez
You can only use the HDMI port, the USB-C port is not compatible with DisplayPort. You cannot use that port to put other displays
