Sometime within the last five days, my touch screen and pen that came with the laptop stopped working. My about section in settings now says "No pen or touch input is available for this display." and HP Pen control plus says the device is not compatible. I know for a FACT this is not true since I use the pen to draw on my laptop nearly daily. I have chatted with an assistant who installed new drivers, updated my drivers, updated my bios, and said they tried everything they could but nothing was fixed. I recently updated my bios the day before the assistant helped me to fix a different issue, that still isn't resolved, and I think it might have caused the problem in the first place. I am at a loss, please help.

SORT OF SOLUTION:
I checked the date everything stopped working and went to my advanced update settings and update history. There, I found an update that happened on that exact date. I uninstalled it, restarted my laptop, and my touch screen, pen, and audio all came back.
