Touch Screen issue, only lower and side areas are working

This is in reference to conversation 38213867.

 

Sending again since I received a message stating that a system migration was taking place.

 

The UBreakIFix store replaced the screen, but the touch screen issue did not go away. It works around the outer edges only. I asked the store representative to send me the part # of the screen they used so you could confirm compatibility. They said they would email it to me but that has not happened.

 

What would you recommend on how to proceed to get this fixed?
