Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Notebook model hp 15-bw564ur, the touchpad does not turn on, the mouse and keyboard work fine, Tell me if there is a button (or combination of buttons) to turn on the touchpad (maybe accidentally pressed and turned off)

(1) Install touchpad driver

Synaptics TouchPad Driver

19.5.35.54 Rev.A24.0 MBMar 16, 2020Download

 

(2) Reboot and test again ...

Thank you, your solution turned out to be correct, after installing the drivers the touchpad worked. Also thanks for the quick response
