Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Notebook model hp 15-bw564ur, the touchpad does not turn on, the mouse and keyboard work fine, Tell me if there is a button (or combination of buttons) to turn on the touchpad (maybe accidentally pressed and turned off)

Synaptics TouchPad Driver

19.5.35.54 Rev.A24.0 MBMar 16, 2020Download

 

(2) Reboot and test again ...
