After I updated Windows because I forgot my lockscreen PIN, my HP PC’s touchscreen stopped working. Please any help to fix this issue?

Thankyou in advance.

See if installing these two drivers get the touchscreen to work again:

Intel Sensor Hub Components Driver

Intel Serial IO Driver

And How do i install them pls?

You download each file one at a time and, double click to run the executable file and follow the on-screen instructions.

Done that, and restarted but the toucscreen still not working

Sorry that those drivers didn't work for you.

The only other suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB installation flash drive and reinstall W11 and the drivers.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:

Pay particular attention for how to reinstall the drivers after the operating system is reinstalled.

You can download the software from your notebook's support page at the link below and it should give you the option to install W11.
