Touch screen is an option: Touch Displays (sold separately or as an optional feature)
And parts list for your machine does not have its screen.

Hi @NotHim,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
There are a few potential reasons why the touchscreen on your HP ProBook x360 may not be working. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Clean the screen: Sometimes, a touchscreen may not work properly if there is dirt or debris on the screen. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the screen clean.
- Restart your computer: Restarting your computer can sometimes solve touchscreen issues.
- Update your drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your computer. You can usually find these on the HP website.
- Disable and re-enable the touchscreen: Sometimes, disabling and then re-enabling the touchscreen can solve issues. To do this, go to Device Manager (you can search for it in the Start menu), find the touchscreen driver, right-click on it, and select "Disable". Wait a few seconds, and then right-click on it again and select "Enable".
- Check the device settings: Make sure the touchscreen is enabled in the device settings. Go to Settings > Devices > Touchpad & touchscreen, and make sure "Touchscreen" is turned on.
- Perform a hardware test: HP ProBook x360 has a built-in hardware diagnostics tool that can help you identify if the touchscreen is functioning properly or not. To access the hardware diagnostic tool, turn off your laptop, then turn it back on while holding down the F2 key.
- If none of these steps work, it's possible there may be a hardware issue with the touchscreen.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
