I don't know what is your HP ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC but in general: No, you can't add RAM to a video card, you need to have a card with more RAM pre-installed. You can't swap out wxisting card because it is slodered to the motherboard.

Regards,

Are you sure your name is levanduyet ?

I need to know what is your machine because changing video card means change motherboard and you have to buy new motherboard with CPU and video card (if available). This would be a very expensive upgrade.  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

Regards.
