Played a game, suddenly it crashed, the screen became transparent and did not answer. After show blue screen "of death", with runners in the bottom of the screen and the word "...memory ...". I couldn't see the screen because was in a hurry to restart the computer to get rid of this error. After rebooting the PC I have a white task bar (not as in safe mode, generally white, and without drivers), flashed error AMD software type: "Graphics adapter is not installed properly or missing driver...". After I tried to start the game, but everything was even, we were given different errors: DirecX and OpenGL, etc. Then I went to device Manager and noticed that two of the video adapter was with yellow exclamation mark, code 43.
I tried (and still trying) any way to fix this bug by removing, loading the drivers, rolled back the system to restore points to store-bought versions. The computer was disassembled, cleaned, no violations were observed. On the manufacturer's website found nothing, decided to turn to you.
A entertainment notebook HP Pavilion M6-1032er. Video card: AMD Radeon HD graphics (series don't know how to define).
When you uninstall these drivers, they are replaced with Standard VGA graphics adapters, one of which (for AMD Radeon HD 7670M) with a yellow exclamation point code 10.
P.S: The whole translation was done in the translator, sorry for the quality.
English is not my native language. Sorry. I hope the point is clear...

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand you have a video card error 43,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you attempt to update the driver from the AMD website directly?
(Click here to find and install the same, if you haven't)
While you check that out, here's what you need to do:
- Restart your computer if you haven't done so already.
There is always the chance that the error Code 43 you're seeing on a device was caused by some temporary problem with the hardware. If so, a restart of your computer might fix the Code 43 error.
Note: Some users have also reported that powering off their computer completely (not just a reset) and then turning it back on has corrected their Code 43 issue, especially if it exists on a USB device. In the case of a laptop, turn it off and remove the battery, wait a few minutes, and then put the battery back in and start the computer. - Did you install a device or make a change in Device Manager just before the Code 43 error appeared? If so, it's possible that the change you made caused the Code 43 error.
Undo the change if you can, restart your PC, and then check again for the Code 43 error.
Depending on the changes you made, some solutions might include:- Removing or reconfiguring the newly installed device
- Rolling back the driver to a version prior to your update
- Using System Restore to undo recent Device Manager related changes
- Reinstall the drivers for the device. Uninstalling and then reinstalling the drivers for the device is a possible solution to a Code 43 error.
Important: If a USB device is generating the Code 43 error, uninstall every device under the Universal Serial Bus controller’s hardware category in Device Manager as part of the driver reinstall. This includes any USB Mass Storage Device, USB Host Controller, and USB Root Hub.
Note: Properly reinstalling a driver, as in the instructions linked above, is not the same as simply updating a driver. A full driver reinstall involves completely removing the currently installed driver and then letting Windows install it over again from scratch. - Update the drivers for the device. It's also very possible that installing the latest drivers for the device could correct the Code 43 error.
If updating the drivers does remove the Code 43 error, it means that the stored Windows drivers you reinstalled in Step 3 were probably damaged or were the wrong drivers. - Install the latest Windows service pack. One of Microsoft's service packs or other patches for Windows might contain a fix for whatever might be causing the Code 43 error, so if you're not fully updated, do so now.
- Update BIOS. In some situations, an outdated BIOS could be causing a specific issue with a device that is making it report an issue to Windows - thus the Code 43 error.
- Replace the data cable that connects the device to the computer, assuming it has one. This potential fix for a Code 43 error is most often useful if you're seeing the error on an external device like a USB or FireWire device.

I tried to update the driver from the AMD website directly. The above steps did not help me. But when I tried to update the BIOS (because it was not there in his menu a few lines with actions) I have nothing left, nothing in the menu has not changed and has not solved the problem. PS the Version of BIOS installed the latest from your site.

Thank you for responding,
It's great to have you back 😉
I recommend you run a test on the graphics card using the hardware diagnostics tool:
Click here for the step by step instructions:
-
Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
-
On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
-
Click Extensive Test.
-
Click Run once, or Loop until error.
While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component are shown on the screen. The test can take 2 or more hours to complete.
NOTE:
If the diagnostics are not available when using the F2 menu, run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics from a USB drive. To download the latest version of the diagnostics, go to the HP Hardware Diagnostics website. For instructions, see Testing from an external USB device.

I did check this method that you offered me. Did a check, did individually. Writes that everything is in order.
By the way, I recently tried to update the software for Abode, to be able to access browser-based games, but after a reboot I got the blue screen of death with error 0x0000003b. This event may have anything to do with the fact that I have a problem with the video card?
I recently again threw off settings of the operating system until early - to-store .

Thank you for replying with this detailed response 😉
I appreciate your time and efforts,
I recommend you perform a system refresh (push button reset) to obtain the default drivers,
Click here for the step by step instruction.
If the issue persists, considering the fact that the hardware tests have passed, this is definitely a software malfunction and a OS re-installation via the HP Recovery Manager would be required: Click here for instructions and if you don't have a recovery media: Click here to obtain one.

Roll back to factory settings I did, and it did not help - the error was not eliminated. I think that requires a full reinstallation of the OS from disk or USB flash drive.
When system restore in the end appeared error (or crashes), I think it's due to a driver conflict. What do you think?

I appreciate your time and efforts,
you've caught my drift as that's exactly what I was getting at,
Please go ahead and reinstall the OS using the HP Recovery Media (USB/DVD) and if you don't have one, simply Click here to obtain one. as mentioned earlier.
