Everytime I click a text box, such as the one I am typing in, the virtual keyboard pops up. It does this FOR EVERY SINGLE TEXT BOX and it is driving me insane.
Yes, I have already gone to the settings and turned off the on-screen keyboard. It doesn't affect it at all. I might throw this computer through a window soon if I keep getting interrupted by the virtual keyboard.

Hello @alwest12914,
So example 2 is Widnows 8's touch keyboard and would explain why disabling the on-screen keyboard made no difference.
Try this official Keyboard Troubleshooter provided by Microsoft: http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9838526
If that doesn't seem to work, please try the below solution:
- Open Control Panel
- Navigate to Administrative Tools
- Scroll down and select Services
- Find Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Service (something along the lines)
- Right-click then stop the service and switch startup to Disabled
Let me know if that helps in anyway.
Best regards,
Eddy

Hello @alwest12914,
Sorry to hear about your frustrations.
I have a few suggestions but first, does it look like example #1 or example #2?
1
2
I'm a bit inexperienced with Windows 8, but I do know that there are two types of on-screen keyboards - at least for Windows 10 that is.
The accent colour on the first example may vary.
Kind regards,
Eddy
