Hello i bought my laptop from Sam's club and it recently got damaged and has a broken screen needs to be replaced. The laptop came with accidental damage protection included 2 year warranty but it turns out it is expired even tho i bought it this year and Sam's club told me to contact hp but i do not know how to contact hp i tried using the virtual agent but it just told me my warranty was expired i don't know what to do and i need my laptop fixed quickly.
