The warranty on Virtual Agent says that it is expired. But on the website and support assistant app it says I have 25 days of extended warranty left. I want to claim my warranty for changing my display as it has a horizontal line and it is coming out from the side, but the hp technical support is saying me that the tool which they are using says that my warranty is expired. So they asked me to update my warranty information from the hp customer care from the country of purchase. They have emailed me to provide details of invoice and I have replied to them but I have not received further communication of warranty status being updated in the tool which you use to claim the warranty. Since only 25 days are left of my warranty I want hp to follow up quickly before my warranty expires. Please resolve my issue as fast as possible since I am working from home and I don't want any discrepancies with my work.
