@MaryCLM I wish you a Merry Christmas, that said, I await your product information as requested earlier, and it would help greatly if you can tell me what other HP advisors have advised you to do and what you've done as well, so we don't end up repeating the same steps to you and attempt something that may actually help resolve this issue once and for all.
