Hi
I just purchase my HP Pavilion x360 because of the windows ink workspace. I know this is touch screen but I have difficulty to find the correct pan to write on its screen (15 inches). On its HP video, I saw "Microsoft Surface Pen" but I'm not quite sure if it can really work out in this computer. Can someone give me a suggestion?
Puzzled,
Cloud

Your advice is useless. As well as many others from HP Support. On the page you are referring to is written that it doesn't support non-HP-branded pens, while in reality it does. Bamboo pen and Surface Pen for example. So before giving useless advices please make sure that documentation is up to date and well-written (which is not the case for HP)

As I have just replied to you in another thread, the compatibility document shows 15-bk1xx is compatible with the HP active pens J4R51AA and K8P73AA. HP does not support the use of non-HP active pens with its devices; if you choose to buy a non-HP pen, you take on the compatibility risk.
As 15-bk1xx has a Synaptics digitiser, I do not expect it to work with Wacom Bamboo Ink (in Microsoft MPP mode or, for that matter, Wacom AES mode) or a Microsoft Surface Pen - these pens require a Microsoft digitiser.
