Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have white cross on background of images. This is same problem to this old problem published on Microsoft forum .
For example, panels in HP Support assistant are all crossed out.

I updated the graphics card drivers and the problem has been solved, but after some time the crosses reappear.

I tested a laptop with multiple antivirus programs and nothing was found. I can't find info about such a virus.

How to fix this?  Thanks for help.

Mark

problem might by fixed by installing Intel Graphics driver version 26.20.100.7212.

Hewlett Packard needs to get in touch with Intel and see if they can produce a customized 26.20.100.7212 Intel display driver for affected HP computers.

Hello,

after installing igfx_win10_100.7212.exe I get error message that the installation is not intended for my computer.

I have this same exact issue and tried the Microsoft forum fix that was from an old thread. Neither resetting Internet Explorer or updating my graphics drives has fixed the issue. I have yet to see a solution posted and nothing that I have done has made a difference. The issue persists.
