Recently, quite frequently, when I attempt to open a photo on my laptop, I get an error message that says "Not Implemented", and it will not open a photo of any type. I have discovered that if I close everything down, shut down the laptop, and then restart it, it will open photos like normal - up until it won't again. This is very frustrating.
I am enrolled in Drive Easy, which frequently updates all of my drivers. Since it works after a reboot, I know it is not an out of date driver problem.
I am hopeful somebody has some sort of idea why this would be happening so frequently, and knows something that can be done about it.
Thanks!
JB

That could be a bug from Windows, please try

I'm using a software called IrfanView and no problem so far (after 20 years or so)
Regards.
