Did you uncheck the fast startup option in the power options menu as I suggested the other day?

 

If you already have, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions to offer.

You are going to need to be able to restart the PC to get into windows most likely.

 

When you restart the PC it goes through the normal boot process (no fast startup).

 

I think every time you try to start from a cold boot, you will get the black screen.
