Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp111dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp111dx and the hinge to the display screen is broken on the left side. I take excellent care of my laptop. I am aggravated as I have read many customers complaining of this issue on this specific laptop on the same side! In addition, it also seem to spontaneously occur after the warranty is up! I never had to try to get in touch with HP support before but this is horrible. I do NOT want to be forced to post in a community post just to try and get answers or a part number!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
