cursor jumping around on its own while on charging

my cursor just keeps jump around while its on charging on its own. I tried doing several things but nothing helped, so the last hope is either a service center which is gonna cost me some amount for any repair if its there or the HP support system. guys please reply!!!!!!

Try using a different charger or plugging into a properly grounded outlet it’s often due to electrical interference. If the issue persists, a service center check might be necessary.
