does the screen replament for HP Spectre 13-4101dx compatible with my hp spectre 13-4120ca?

hi, my screen cracked so i need the replacement but i've found replacement screen for different type. Does it hp spectre 13-4101dx and 13-4120ca have the same screen?

Hi,

Screen (Display) par number for  HP Spectre 13-4101dx  is 801495-001. This part is used fo 50 products including  HP Specre 13-4020ca (older machine) but noy HP 13-4120ca.

The HP spectre 13-4120ca uses one of the following part numbers:

828822-001 :  13.3-inch FHD WLED UWVA BrightView touchscreen display assembly - 1920 x 1080 maximum resolution - Includes display panel cable, microphones, hinges, webcam, and wireless antenna cables and transceivers

828823-001 :      13.3-inch QHD WLED UWVA BrightView touchscreen display assembly - 2560 x 1440 maximum resolution - Includes display panel cable, microphones, hinges, webcam, and wireless antenna cables and transceivers

833712-001 :      DISPLAY HU FHD TS AHS
