graphics drivers

Hello ,

am trying to install NVidia drivers on my HP ProBook 440 G5 and I get this error:

{this NVidia graphics is not compatible with this version of windows.

this graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware}

What is the product number of your 440 G5?

The Nvidia graphics adapter was an optional GPU.

One normally gets the "graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware' error message because there is no Nvidia GPU present, or the graphics chip has failed.

Most of those notebooks only came with the onboard Intel graphics.

@Paul_Tikkanen is right, it really depends on current configuration whether notebook only has integrated Intel graphics chip or additional discrete NVivda graphics.
