Hi all,
I have a frustrating problem regarding the screen of my laptop. It has been less than 2 years since I bought but I first had a battery problem (shutting down when the battery was almost full) and now more importantly screen. There are horizontal lines on the screen and the laptop sometimes turns on but other times doesn't (blinking power button for a couple of times when the screen is not coming). When it turns on, the problem occurs. Unfortunately, when I tried it with a projector as an external screen, it did the same (lines again) a bit later (I feel like this is an indication of a serious problem). Although I tried to recover it but did not have enough time before the screen goes off. Let alone the documents on it, I am very busy with my work nowadays and this adds to my level of stress extremely. I never play games on it or do something to make it tired and hence am very disappointed with this. I attach the a photo of it. I would love to hear any solutions you have. Hope to solve it with a few tricks.
All the best,
Serdar
