Your warranty is stil active.  I can ask a Moderator to put you in touch with the team at HP that can help you.

Your issue does not look like a BIOS problem to me.

 

Befeore you consider BIOS, try some basic troubleshooting.

 

Connect an external display to see if there is video output.
