There are no more upgrades to Windows 7 graphics drivers.
Sorry, but that ship sailed a few years ago.

What does your notebook have for a graphics solution?
Is it Intel Graphics (SoC) only or do you have a discrete graphics model with switchable graphics between Intel and AMD?
What version of the graphics driver is installed? Please provide the specific version number.
Which graphics drivers have you tried to install? See the following driver download page for your notebook.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-250-g4-notebook-pc/7609933
The downloads web page includes all graphics driver, including those that will not work with your model. They are not all delivered as identical units to customers.

Something isn't right.
The first graphics driver I posted should have worked for W7 64 bit.
Give me the names of the devices showing up under the Other Devices category in the device manager.
Those are the devices that need drivers.
Also give me the names of the devices showing up under the Display Adapters device manager category.

OK, so you aren't missing many drivers then.
The problem is for some reason, the graphics adapter driver isn't installing. Probably because you tried too many and have now corrupted the Windows registry.
What I would do under the circumstances is to reinstall W7.
Then install the following drivers in this order, and restart the PC after each installation of the 1st three...
