on world of warcraft, i have to have it on the lowest setting, I see screen tearing and fps drop and increase constant. Jedi survivor crashes. This laptop is 2 years old, can someone tell me my specs are the cause, the drivers are all up to date. I don't know whats wrong because its new

According to the spec for your laptop you may have an NVidia graphics card.
If not, then all you have is the Radeon graphics of the Ryzen CPU
Make sure you have hardware acceleration for graphics and are using the NVidia or whatever GPU is available
HP is removing cloud recovery for many systems over 5 years old.
You may want to go here and get a copy of your cloud recovery before it is too late.

If your system is less than 5 years old and cloud recovery is missing then contact HP to obtain cloud recovery.

I have AMD Radeon(TM) RX 6500M, the recommended specs on the link you showed was all green ticked, in the process of updating my drivers hopefully. I never had 70gb free disk space. Ill ensure I have that once updated and invest in a sd card
