the laptop just ungless the case from the screen, isn't this a poorly done job? the laptop is 1.5 years old, for which I paid 50 thousand rubles?svsv.jpg

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Yes, I applied, I was asked to pay another 10 thousand rubles, but how is this? I don't even go around with a laptop for two years, why? why did I get such a laptop? I love hp, but it's the second time the case breaks, it's terrible* I'm crying

I only finished paying the installment payment half a year ago, why did it break down? I was careful, I don't have 10 thousand to pay yet
