Your HP Notebook - 14-cf0013dx if fitted with one of the Intel Core processors with two memory module slots, can be fitted with up to 2x8GB DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz, Non-ECC, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.
Or if your model (fitted with an Intel Pentium or Celeron processor) has only one memory module slot, with one 8GB DDR4 2400 MHz SODIMM RAM stick.

Yea, as far as I am able to ascertain, your HP Notebook - 14-cf0013dx (4RU77UA) is fitted with the Intel Core i3-8130U processor, with motherboard p/n: L33910-601, which is equipped with two RAM slots.
