Go into HP Support Assistant and have it check for drivers. It will then contact the HP site and will allow you to download whatever drivers it finds.

It could very well be that HP does not have drivers for Win11 23H2 -- as I have run into this before and was unable to get any information from HP regarding WHY they did not have them or WHEN they expected to have them. With desktops this is not a big deal, but with laptops, that is a very different issue.
Was this update offered by HP, was it offered by MS, or was it something you did manually?

OK - sorry to hear that, but HP is not quick about updating drivers for new Windows releases -- so there might not be anything you can do for quite a while.
If this was done via a Windows Update, which I suspect, then see if you can uninstall that update.
