HP Pavilion g7-1323nr Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

replaced screen in laptop and screen is reddish tinted.  i have checked and rechecked the connection to screen making sure it was seated correctly.  i have done a system reset and attempted to update drivers.

Try a color calibration as discussed here.

 if calibration does not work there may be a problem with the display or cable.  There is a 40 pin connector for the ribbon cable as shown here .  Press your finger against the ribbon cable and see if the tint changes.

 

Did the part numbers on the back of the display match your old one?

 

There have been no change in the drivers since 2013 so I suspect windows 10 has the correct dreivers
