Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It's a P r0b1em with keyboard typing & tried virtua1 assistance support & it didn't fix

letters & symbols such as u, comma, o, p, are pressed hard / spammed hard (may damage the laptop's keyboard), virtua1 assistant support tells me to check control panel (problem still happens after that), hard & slow to type kinda annoying to me, I am needing to use the substitute & alternative symbols / numbers for the letters & the random typing predictions to fill out the details related to typing
