Gracias.

My screen turns off if I'm not using it for a minute, in the Windows power plan I have to never turn it off.

I've looked and tried everything in Windows but I can't change this. If I'm not moving the mouse or typing, the screen turns off in 1 minute and I have to move the mouse for it to turn on.

I don't know where to look anymore. I can't find anything in the BIOS either.

Thanks.

It sounds like a deeper setting might be overriding your Windows power plan. Here are some steps you can try to fix it:

Check Advanced Power Settings

  1. Open Control PanelHardware and SoundPower Options.
  2. Select Change plan settings next to your active plan.
  3. Click Change advanced power settings.
  4. Expand DisplayTurn off display after → Set both On battery and Plugged in to Never.

Disable Screensaver

  1. Right-click on the desktop → PersonalizeLock ScreenScreen saver settings.
  2. Set the Screen saver to None.

Let me know how it goes!

Take care, and have an amazing day!

The problem was with the screen saver, which was set to blank (black) and activates in a minute.
Thank you so much for the solution. If the screen saver had been bubbles (hehe), it would have been solved a long time ago.
Thank you so much.
