recently I just noticed a few issues on my laptop, when ever i shut it down or restart it, it stutter 3 or 4 times after i have entered the password, it also takes very long to load all the apps and programs after i have access on the main screen, the background is normally black when i enter in the home screen, idk how to fix it and i dont want to disassemble my laptop either, anyone got any suggestions on how to fix this or have had something like this happen to them, really need it for uni. ( my laptop is a hp pavillion 360x, i got it 2022, it has 237GB of space and 8GB of ram, also use it for gaming)

Bring up the task manager look at performance and see how much memory is being used, how busy the CPU and DISK are.
Look at the startup apps and see if you really need all of them. Search the name of the app to find what it does.
Some apps phone home when starting up especially antivirus like McAfee. Many others check for updates. If using Steam it will check for game updates not just Steam updates.
Look in the windows event log for timeouts. Some antivirus apps will attempt to scan huge files. I found McAfee timing out trying to contact a server months after I had uninstalled it.
You need %20 of your "C" drive free. Run a disk cleanup, select the system option, and remove all but the last recovery point.
Windows 11 needs 4gb. If you have 8gb you should have %50 free.
