I have just bought this laptop, and frankly at the price you have to pay you expect a perfect product! From the moment it was unpackaged the fan has runn quite loud and VERY hot (see attached image).
This in turn seems to have affected everything else - download speeds barely registering, sudden drop off of connection even when wired to the router. If I am on a Teams call every other program stops working - and sometimes even moving the mouse makes the connection crash.
I am just about through with HP - ready to go back to Lenovo. Has anyone else had this issue? Can someone advise on a fix?
