Hi 

I keep getting BSOD , random freezing & crashing, i will list some of the repeated logs i get from event viewer. i continue to get constant realtek error codes so iam guessing i need to reinstall the drivers for that, if anyone could list the drivers i need that would be really helpful.

Hi 

sorry to bother you again, i ended up doing a reset of my laptop and iam no longer getting any of those event id's hopefully it stays that way. but iam now getting event id 41 , the laptop randomly shuts off. 

what could be the cause

Hello Hendryx, it's no bother, it's a pleasure to help you. The event that you get ID 41 is due to lack of power or incorrect shutdown of the laptop. I leave you the link where it explains this problem you have.

I'm going to leave you the download link so you can update the graphics driver, first uninstall the one you have and restart the laptop, then when it has restarted, install the driver.
