Hi
I am trying to update the Bluetooth driver but it is not working in my system.
I also use the diagnose tools but it is saying there is no Bluetooth device in your laptop.
Please help me.

There is a possibility that the laptop does not have Bluetooth. If you go to the Support tab (at the top of the page - right side while in this forum) click on that and allow the auto-detect feature find the correct support page for that model. Click on the "Let HP detect your product". Then check the specs page to see if the product has a Bluetooth device.
