Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) 
Cuando comprueba el dispositivo, aparece el logotipo de Bluetooth, pero con las actualizaciones desaparecidas, e intenta descargar e instalar los controladores para el dispositivo, pero no funciona. 
Alguien sabe cómo solucionarlo.
