Hi,

 

Below is my laptop model spec. I could not find Bluetooth option in  All Settings --> devices.

 

Product name: HP ProBook 430 G1
Product number: L0U97PA
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

 

I tried installling various drivers like listed below.

 

1. Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Drivers (American, International)

2. Broadcom Bluetooth Driver (American, International)

 

But nothing seems to work. 

 

Can someone help me to fix this isuse.

Hi,

 

Your machine ONLY has

 

    Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bg/n 1x1 WiFi adapter

 

and it does NOT have Bluetooth (BT) built-in.

If you wish, please try an USB-BT adapter (also called BT dongle) similar to the following one:

After purchasing and adding this external BT device should i install any HP drivers or third party drivers. If yes can you please provide the links for it.

Which one you will buy ? There are many round. Normally it will install driver for you automatically.
