Product: Pavilion g6-2312ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had upgraded my laptop model pavilion g6-2312ax to windows 8.1 from windows 8. Before the upgrade Bluetooth was working just fine. Then it had just disappeared after the upgrade. I did everything I could do to bring it back (Device manager, Troubleshooting, Bluetooth support service and what not). At last I gave up. Then recently I upgraded my laptop from windows 8.1 to windows 10. But Bluetooth still remains hidden or disappeared I don't know. I really don't know what to do. There isn't even Bluetooth drivers for the model on HP website. Please suggest anything to fix this thing up.

Thanks for the reply. I installed the drivers. But still nothing happened. I can't even see Bluetooth in Device Manager, let alone using it.
