HP Spectre 15-eb0000 x360 Convertible Laptop PC RCTO Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

About a month ago I reinstalled Windows on my Spectre x360. I tried using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool but it failed so I downloaded Windows from Microsoft and reinstalled that way. Everything works just fine except that my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard are unresponsive for about a minute when I either start the computer from being turned off or after sleeping for awhile. I use a Logitech MX Keys and MX Anywhere 2S. In the device manager, under the Intel Wireless Bluetooth, I have unchecked the box allowing the computer to turn off the device to save power. I did the same under the USB Root Hub even though I'm not using an adapter with my mouse or keyboard but I read to try that anyway. Funny thing is, several months prior, I had reinstalled my system on my Envy x360 and I don't have any of the same issues with that laptop. I do use the same mouse and keyboard with that PC. Frankly I'm stumped what else to try or what is causing this problem.

Hello JeffM03, go to Device Manager and uninstall the Bluetooth driver, then restart the laptop, I will leave you the link for the Bluetooth driver and you can install it, I will also leave you the Bios driver so you can update it. I hope the problem goes away.

I'm afraid that this does not work. The bluetooth driver version I have installed can't be rolled back.

Hello JeffM03, my opinion is that you reinstall Windows 10, Windows 11 is having many connection errors that cannot be fixed. You decide what you do.
