Hello

I have ProBook 4710s

Product Name: NX631EA#BED

Serial: [edit]
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version: 18362.449

 

Device have a Broadcom chip and i can instal or find it Bluetooth
Yestarday im have a XP sp3 and all is working perfect

Now with WIN10 missing Bluetooth 😞

Please can we make somthing?

Hi:

 

Most likely the Bluetooth was turned off during the W10 upgrade.

 

If there is no Bluetooth device manager category, the easiest way to restore the Bluetooth would be to make a bootable ubuntu installer from the link below.

 

https://ubuntu.com/download

 

Boot from the Ubuntu installer and select the option to try Ubuntu without installing option.

 

Then turn on the Bluetooth radio in Ubuntu.

 

You can then shut down the PC, remove the Ubuntu installer, turn on the PC and when you are back into Windows, the Bluetooth device should be present again.
