I am unable to connect my Bluetooth headphones to my laptop. As i click on add a device on Bluetooth options, it doesn't show any devices even though i have turned on my Bluetooth headphones still it keeps on searching for devices. I have tried all the options including troubleshooters, Unistalling/updating/re-installing drivers, etc but it still keeps on searching for Bluetooth devices. Pls tell me what to do...................

You may have an older Bluetooth chipset that's not compatible with your headphones

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03717822.pdf

page 25 on the above manual list the possible Bluetooth chipset your system could have come with

run Msinfo from the windows search and determine your Bluetooth version, then compare to what your headphones need

looks like part 655795-001 is the latest (BT 4.0)

Hi, @KRIT02

I believe that your notebook comes with the Atheros Wi-Fi/Bluetooth 4.0 adapter.

See if installing this W10 Bluetooth driver gets it to work properly...

This package contains the driver installation package for the Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth module in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

10.0.1.0

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

Do the headphones require button presses to place it into "Pairing Mode"?

If necessary, your laptop will never "see" them until the proper sequence has been done!
