Normally should be no problem buy You have to allow your Logitech 380 keyboard is discoverable, otherwise your machine can't "see" the Logitech 380 keyboard. Please use the following Setup Guide

Hi

many thanks for your notes.

The keyboard is discoverable by all my samsung phones but the laptop does not discover the keyboard.

This has happened with new devices when pairing with the laptop
